Struct profile include different sizes also. We provide one machine can make difference sizes, can change rollers or change full forming by cassette design.
Full line working process
To improve line speed, we give full line by high speed and strong design, we give rolling punching & cutting and each station by gear box. Rolling punching speed up to 60m/min.
Main Technology
Struct have many different sizes, as standard include: 21*21、21*41/41*41、41*62，41*82 and so on. Same machine can make different size, can by full automatic adjustable design or cassette design or adjust roller by spacer.
We give high speed on line punching also, can achieve by rolling punching or high speed punching machine, and we adopt high speed non-stop cutting, after cut can automatic stacking&packing.Truly realized the full automation operation.
